Bueno vs. Bien
Bueno is an adjective and bien is an adverb. So if you are modifying a noun, use bueno/a, bien will tell how something was done or how someone feels.
Bueno/a: Good
La comida es buena Ella es una buena persona
The food is good She is a good person
Bien: Well
Estoy bien Bien hecho
I am well Well done
